It is one thing to have 'a dream' and another thing to have the 'right attitude'.
Let's take a look at what attitude entails;
"Attitude represent the cluster of beliefs, assessed feelings and behavioral intentions towards a substance" - P. R. Lawrence.
Attitude is a major problem in entrepreneurship, getting a job, and even maintaining such job after employment.
Attitude is your thinking, perception and expressed feelings. It is your outward expression that gives people an idea of your inner beliefs, values and thoughts. It characterizes the real you.
Attitudes are contagious, are yours worth catching?? For example, "a guy, in his workplace, was always being bossed around by his senior colleagues but rather than picking offenses, he'd give a smile and carry out the assignments. He kept doing this for months and eventually got noticed by the Head of Unit who in turn, discussed this attitude of his to other senior colleagues and he was recommended for a higher position and business trip outside the country to represent the organisation in a conference". Even if it looks like you're being maltreated, because you have the right attitude, you will have the last laugh. Develop the right attitude!
Our ref. (word of God) - Attitude gets you noticed one way or the other, take for instance, the poor widow in Mark 12:41-44, had the right attitude by giving all that she had (which states that, even she had more, she would be ready to give) and she was noticed by the Messiah (Jesus) himself and was remembered for good. Don't let your present condition determine your attitude, have or rather, develop the right attitude and your story will change for good In Jesus Name!!!

Thank you for posting this. its sure a blessing to be reminded that having the right attitude towards everything will take us to greater height. However, I would like to ask: how can we have the right attitude towards everything when everything does not look right around us? shouldn't a belief in something push for motivation: that is, is it just enough to stay positive about everything or should having a right attitude be the push to do the positive?
Thank you for your comment and question, to my knowledge, having the right attitude doesn't occur overnight, it is cultivated and a thing of the mind. One way or the other, we know what is right but we just fail to exhibit it. Yes, the world we are in doesn't really help out in getting the right attitude but when you make the Bible your standard, you begin to unravel certain things and with time your attitude streamlines with God's standard which is the right attitude. You can also try to identify people with right attitudes around you and ask of the help of the Holy Spirit.
